Although we don’t recommend it, our products can be frozen if needed to expand the shelf life of the product.
All our products are coded with a production code which tell us when each product was produced. In addition, the stores place a “Best By” or “Use By” date on each item.
Nutritional facts and ingredient statements are listed on the label for all of our products.
Café Valley is a fully finished bakery manufacturer who produces a wide variety of quality products including Croissants, Cream Cakes, Loaf Cakes, Gourmet Muffins, Mini Muffins, Turnovers and variety specialty items.
Café Valley produces ourquality products in two state of the art manufacturing plants located in Phoenix, Arizona and Marion, Indiana. Our plants in total are 600,000 square feet and are fully equipped with Quality Assurance labs and R&D centers to ensure food safety and the highest quality products possible. Each plant is BRC certified and meet the (GFSI) compliance requirements for Global Food Safety.

Yes, all of our product are “OK” Kosher certified.
